ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking to fill a Full Time Office Administration role within our Little Current operation.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for: 

  • Assist with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries for fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items
  • Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms
  • Create and processes invoices into ERP system according to specific timelines
  • Assist with managing and scheduling service tasks in an efficient manner to include installations, maintenance, and regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
  • Assist with lubricant inventory, invoicing, reconciliation, to include investigating discrepancies
